Will try to add on services that are not needed. Will try to sneak on a tpms sensor adapter thing that is completely unneeded without even discussing with you ahead of time. $81+ upcharge right off the bat. Tried to get me have all my pads and rotors replaced even though less than 6000 miles are on the ones on the car. They charge $35.99 for mounting and balancing tires if you buy from them and road hazard coverage is not included. Buy the exact same tires from tire rack and have them shipped to the exact same store and mount/balance is $25.99 per tire with included road hazard protection. Buy from Tire Rack dot com or use Costco. I wonβt be using Mr. Tire again.

I made an appointment by phone. 10:30 AM on a Sunday. Got there and the guy told me that so many appointments have just come in and the last 30 minutes that if I Waited for it it would be many hours. So I kindly said I live five minutes away, so he suggested that he would call when they were ready to take my car. Called me at 2:00 And said they were ready for my car. I get there five minutes later and wait over an hour and a half. Mind you the service Iβm getting done is to plug a hole in a tire where there was a screw. 20 minutes max correct??? I asked about price when I called to make the appointment. βStarts at $30β. Iβm thinking ok. Itβs in the dead. Enter. Perfectceasy repair spot. Should be simple. Itβs finally ready and they charged me $60 where everywhere else around Burke is either $30 or $40 max!!!! Never in my life will I go back there or suggest anyone else to do so. Iβve been ROBBED!!!!

Very reasonable package deals for services. Got new tires and alignment for my father's 2008 vw rabbit. I've been to a lot of shops over the years but this one was among the top. Tough to beat some of their prices. Been to shops that charges more and did half as good as they did. Eric the guy running the counter , very polite and knowledgeable. Easy to converse with.

Maybe this is why mechanics (not all of them) get a bad reputation: Zero Transparency on their Pricing. They completed the service successfully this is why I gave them 2 stars. Their problem is having a person with an attitude at the front desk who is not transparent about the pricing. I came to this store the last week to have the tire valve and pressure sensor of my car replaced. I requested a verbal cost estimate and was given the price of the part ($79.99) + the labor ($45). I am a financially responsible consumer and don't like surprise fees. This week I went to drop off the car and the guy tells me there is a miscellaneous fee of $12.49 for tire lubricant (he said that to me with an attitude and told me "please don't argue with me"). I complained and said that I was not given this fee when I went for a cost estimate the week prior. So this is to the store manager and owner: Is not the monetary value of the fee. $12.49 is not a super large number. It is the negative feeling a financially responsible client gets after being charged for a different amount that he/she was originally quoted for. Price transparency is key for a business success. If you have to charge, well go ahe
